What a joy! I love dancing with Hilary! She is such a kind teacher and very non-judgmental. She looks after us all and also inspires us. My fitness has improved so much again and I have lost wieght since beginning classes.

I have had a few medical issues and was recommended Hilary’s classes. I wanted to be able to enjoy an interesting exercise class that would get my whole body moving and what better than dance to great music. Hilary has helped me immensely by not only being so interested in me but also by making the class so enjoyable. After 30 years of group fitness I had to have a knee replacement. I had to find something else that would allow me to dance as a form of exercise and involved no floor work. I feel lucky to have found Hillary’s dance fitness classes and I have been going since the beginning. It is always fun, safe and motivating and I love the social connections made.
