Learn the basic techniques of boxing for fitness.  Weekly classes.

A boxing fitness and movement class designed with the mid-life+ female form in mind.

The focus of these classes is to improve the coordination, balance, posture, reflexes and muscle tone of participants.

$10 a class (come early if it’s your first time)
