Welcome to Move Good Now.
We are a team of three Hilary, Shena and Keiron. Together we are delivering eight types of group exercise classes that combine our particular interest in brain health and teaching people effective and safe movement.
Our mission is to improve the balance, endurance and cognitive function of all participants.
